A vibrant expression of spring in the Willamette Valley, our 2025 Rosé was crafted from two dedicated blocks within our Biodynamically farmed Estate Vineyard. Designed with intention, this wine highlights lively acidity, delicate structure, and a graceful expression of place.
Whole clusters and destemmed berries were hand-sorted before undergoing a gentle Champagne press cycle. Fermented and aged for five months in 100% stainless steel, the wine preserves the purity and freshness of the fruit while building depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Bright and refreshing, this dry Rosé opens with aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, fresh spring blossoms, citrus rind, and subtle star jasmine. The palate offers beautiful fruit expression with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and effortless weight, leading to a long, crisp finish.
A versatile and food-friendly wine, this Rosé is best enjoyed in its youth and pairs beautifully with everything from briny seafood and oysters to savory summer dishes.
Harvest Details
Harvested at approximately 2.5 tons per acre. Grapes were picked during the cool early morning hours, gravity-fed into tank, chilled, settled off gross lees, and slowly fermented under cool temperatures to preserve freshness, purity, and aromatic complexity.
Grown Biodynamically at our Estate Vineyard in the Northern Willamette Valley, this 100% Pinot Noir Rosé is a refreshing and elegant expression of the variety. Bright, crisp, and beautifully balanced, it delights the palate with vibrant freshness and versatility.
