The palate offers vibrant flavors of green apple and honeydew, framed by mineral undertones and bright, refreshing acidity. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, the wine captures a captivating tension between crisp fruit, wet stone minerality, and refined texture, finishing with remarkable length and elegance.

Named Al di Là—Italian for “beyond the beyond”—this handcrafted Chardonnay represents our pursuit of elegance, harmony, and a true sense of place.
Crisp and appealing, it reveals subtle floral notes with a hint of toffee and stone, ultimately leading to an intense palate of fresh pears and tropical fruits. Steely and full-bodied in style, with a round midpalate intertwining perfectly with its lively acidity and finishing with a touch of vanilla. It should develp with a little age ~ should you be hold off that long!
