A fresh and crisp dry Rosé of Pinot Noir crafted entirely from our Biodynamically-farmed Estate vineyard. Primary & secondary whole clusters were hand-sorted prior to undergoing a gentle Champagne press cycle. A serious Rosé that leads with nice flesh transitioning to a backbone of crisp balanced acidity with expansive weight in the mouth followed by a lingering, refreshing finish. Enjoy this versatile, food-friendly wine with a range of cheeses, salads and foods from briny to savory.
