Our Sorellini (‘sister’ to the Lachini Family Estate Pinot Noir) is crafted with a riper expression of our Estate Pinot Noir blocks in mind – 100% Lachini Vineyards Pinot Noir from our Biodynamically® farmed Estate vineyard in the North
Willamette Valley. Of the final eight-barrel blend selected from entirely Francois Freres barrels with 100% native yeast fermentations. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered to retain character and varietal expression. The vintage offered slightly lowere yields and cluster sized which provided concentrated, ripe fruit! Overall, the vintage displays ripe fruits over an expansive midpalate
with an ease of balance and remarkable finesse. The underlying structure, well integrated acidity with rounded tannins should allow for further development in the bottle and additional nuances over time. Drink it now or lay it down for later.
