2022 Rose' of Pinot Noir, 750ml
Beautiful and seamless from start to finish. Delicate aromas of ripe wild strawberries and citrus slowly rise from a chilled glass of this crisp & bright Rosé, while subtle flinty notes and a hint of rose petals, white truffle layers emerge. Displays a vibrant freshness and coating palate of white peaches, cantaloupe and grapefruit. Finishes dry, with a refreshing mouth-feel amd slight lift.
100% Estate Pinot noir clusters were cooled and hand sorted prior to processing. The whole clusters were then pressed via a gentle Champagne cycle. All juice was gravity fed into tank to capture the essence and freshness of the fruit. Aged for 6 months in a 100% stainless.
A fresh and crisp Rosé of Pinot Noir crafted entirely from our Biodynamically-farmed Estate Vineyard. We gently hand sorteed and pressed whole clusters with suitcase and 777 clone Pinot noir of our Biodynamically-farmed Estate Pinot Noir. Brimming with esters of strawberry and a potpourri of fresh spring blossoms, subtle citrus rind and star jasmine aromas. This is a serious dry wine that leads with nice flesh and a backbone of crisp balanced acidity with a touch of perceptible CO2 - ultimately lingering with expansive weight in the mouth.
Enjoy this versatile, food-friendly wine alfesco, with a salad or range of cheeses and foods from briny to savory.
