2017 Methode Champenoise Brut Rose'

Our inagural bottling of a traditional Méthode Champenoise Brut Rose from our Estate Vineyard. This 2017 vintage blends Pinot noir with Chardonnay entirely from our Estate Vineyard in the Willamette Valley. Orange peel zest, citrus, lemon merange are flanked by warm bread notes and baked apple. The body is silky and complimented by a fine mousse. We disgorged 480 bottles for this initial release.
